*Question: What do you do?
Answer: Our goal is to provide you peace of mind while you are away from your home. We will check on your home
and look for common problems that arise in home ownership like leaks, broken appliances, pests, and look
for damages from other elements like neighbors, weather, burglaries, vandalism, etc. We can turn lights on
or off intermittently to help the home appear occupied. We will water plants, check your mail, feed pets,
meet other contractors and service providers upon your request. We will send a notice to you that we have
performed your service and let you know the current state of you home. We can tailor our service to meet
your needs, we understand how important your home is to you.
*Question: I am interested in starting my own house sitting service. Can you give me advice or help me
create my house sitting forms and contracts?
Answer: We receive this type of request on a weekly basis. For liability reasons, we cannot offer any advice in the
start of your own business ventures. It is in your best interest to consult a lawyer or legal professional as
to what the correct avenues are in starting a business. Each state has different laws you must
follow in owning a business, we are not professionals in this area and cannot advise others as such.
Tucson Home Watch Services, LLC has earned a positive reputation and would like to keep it. We have
worked very hard at using the correct avenues for owning a legitimate business, but business advice and
offering forms to others with the intent of them using them for their own business is beyond our scope of
service. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
*Question: Who will be checking my home?
Answer: There are four owners of Tucson Home Watch Services, LLC. We are all individually assigned to the
specific areas we provide service. We are all personally vested in the business and therefore care about the
service we provide. We do not have employees outside of ourselves at this time, so the people checking
your home are the owners of the business! We never go on vacation at the same time, so there is always
someone here to take care of our clients and their needs.
*Question: Are you hiring or accepting applications?
Answer: We are not hiring at this time. Due to the nature of our profession, we prefer to do the work ourselves.
When the amount of work exceeds our limit, we will post a notice on our home page advertising that
fact. We respect the security of our clients and will do an extensive check of any potential employee's
background, references and personal skills. Please feel free check our website periodically for any
availabilities that may arise.
*Question: What forms of payment do you take?
Answer: We take personal checks (from a U.S. bank), Cash and on line payments through PayPal with your Visa,
Master Card, Discover, American Express, eCheck, bank transfer, or PayPal account. You do NOT need a
PayPal account in order to make an online payment with us. We cannot take credit cards via phone or
email at this time, we can only accept them on our website.
*Question: Where can I send my payment? Who do I make my check out to?

*Question: What areas of Tucson do you provide your services to?
Answer: We serve all of Tucson, Arizona and surrounding areas including Sonoita, Green Valley,
Tubac, Sahuarita, Vail, Oro Valley, Red Rock and Saddlebrooke.
*Question: Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Answer: Yes. We are licensed through the City of Tucson. Our business license number is 0147931. We are
insured through State Farm Insurance. We are bonded through Western Surety Company.
*Question: Do you provide live-in house sitting?
Answer: Live in house sitting is not a typical service that we provide. However, we do have a list of reliable live-in
house sitters who are not affiliated with Tucson Home Watch Services. If you are in need of a live-in house
sitter, please contact us and we will be happy to refer you to someone on our list.
*Question: Do you do pet sitting?
Answer: Yes. We will check-in on your pet while you are away. We will feed, clean up after or exercise your
pet upon request.
*Question: Will you provide lawn care, cleaning, or pest control services for my home?
Answer: We are not professionals in this area and will not provide it as a service or part of our house watch
service. We will find another company to perform these tasks (at your approval) and handle their service
while you are away from your home upon request. We will let you know if your home appears to need one
of these services. In some cases light weeding is necessary to keep your home out of violation of
your homeowner's association, we will take weeds out of your yard upon request. There are other
circumstances where we can help with some lawn maintenance and other maintenance issues, we will take
every instance separately and give you a straight answer as to the limits of the service we will provide.
*Question: Can I advertise or put my website link on your website?
Answer: Yes. We will put ads on our website or links upon approval (no adult or inappropriate content). Please

*Question: Since you are Realtors, are you going to try to sell me a house or list the one I have?
Answer: No. Tucson Home Watch Services, LLC is completely separate from our real estate business. We will never
pressure you to choose us as your Realtor.
* Question: Will you list my home for sale or help me find a new home?
Answer: Absolutely! We would be more than happy to assist you in your real estate transaction. We even offer
discounts for current Tucson Home Watch Services subscribers. Every member of Tucson Home Watch
Services is a licensed Realtor with OnSite Realty. We have over fifteen years of experience in Tucson real
estate!
